Upperblue Maps ↓Shared identity, specific access
Maps uses the Upperblue account. A successful login is separate from permission to a particular dataset or feature. The backend enforces that access.
Choose a next step
Use the existing paths on the sign-in form.
- If you have an invitation, use the invitation/signup action.
- If you need access, use the request-access action.
- For a forgotten password, use the recovery link.
- If verification or expiry is reported, follow that message rather than repeatedly submitting the same login.
Returning to a saved view
A supported deep link can return you to your task after login. Private workspace and account content still requires appropriate access. A denied request is different from a layer with no matching results.
When the service cannot be reached
A connection problem is not evidence that your credentials are wrong. Retry when appropriate. You can continue reading these public guides without an authenticated session.
